Refund policy

As each personalised or custom product is made to order we cannot cancel, alter, re-do or refund orders once production has commenced. Please ensure you check your order before submitting. 

Refunds are not available for change of mind or late arrival of items.

What if the product is damaged when I receive it

In the unlikely event a product is damaged when you receive it please email toadandcodesigns@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with your full name, description of the items and images of the damaged product. Once we assess the item we will refund the purchase price (does not include postage) or provide you with a replacement. There is strictly NO refund or replacement on products that have been damaged/broken from wear and tear.
